- Products and Orders
We offer whole bean and ground coffee in various roast levels and packaging sizes. All products are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including personal details, contact information, and shipping address. Extra Coffee Roasting reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
- Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Debit and credit cards (processed via Square)
- PayPal
Payments must be completed to confirm an order. Extra Coffee Roasting does not store any financial information; payments are processed securely through external platforms according to their own privacy and security policies.
- Shipping
Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service). Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and product availability.
Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
- Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of receiving the product, only if the product remains unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
For both cancellations and approved returns, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
